    I Feel Behind on Everything

I'm feeling overwhelmed with school, friends, and family. Everything seems like too much, and I don't know where to start. I wake up and go to sleep stressed, and I haven't told anyone because I don't want to seem like I can't handle things. We talked about how it feels impossible when everything seems urgent. Picking one thing to focus on can help. Discussed how friends might not be as chill as they seem and that pretending everything's fine is exhausting. I asked about what subject is hardest and how to manage stress better. I realized that putting up a front with my friends might be making things worse and that focusing on one task at a time could help manage my stress. I'm planning to try focusing on one assignment at a time using a timer. I'll also consider talking to a supportive friend about my stress.

    Amigos’ Advice

    • Your brain's on overdrive trying to handle everything at once.
    • When everything feels urgent, nothing actually is - just pick one thing.
    • Your friends aren't cruising - they're just not showing their stress.
    • Pretending everything's fine is more tiring than being real.
    • Take it one step at a time and talk to a supportive friend.
